Not recieve gift

Hi dear my name is neeraj kumar & i purchased a laptop on 9, march, 09.model no is y430, at that time there was a scheme pay simply 2999 Rs.as a DD.& after clearance of that.i'll recieve a BLACKBERRY MOBILE model no. 8700 V.within 45 day's... on 30 march, 09, has been cleared..& recieved 3 mail, s reguading DD clearance..bt still people r telling me that they don, t have stoke of that model..& no dody telling me when will i get my gift.
