Usb cable not supplied along with product. further product appears to be duplicate

I have received one MP4 player ordered by me. The product appers to be assembled locally and SONY sticker was attached to the product. Why rediff is allowing such companies to take rediff customers for a ride. Further, I have not received USB cable along with the product and I am not able to test the product.
