I purchased a Lenovo Y-Series Laptop last year in the month of February, which was having a problem of getting hanged while charger was plugged, since the time of purchase. I notified them about the same, but the service engineer present their said that it is normal functioning.

Only After one month of the purchase, the motherboard got replaced for the above said issue.

And, when I checked my Laptop, some of the keys were not working properly, for which they took another two weeks to get it changed.

All in all there were inherent problems with the machine and finally they accepted it and dicided to replace the machine in total. For which I gave the machine to them on November 19. But till now all they claim is that it is in progress.

Sometimes it is at the compan's end and sometimes it is the dealer.

My purpose of purchasing this machine was that i needed it for my higher studies as i am persuing a MBA cource.

Now, i had managed this huge sum of money for purchasing this laptop from my meagre salary, only with a view that i needed it for my studies but i seems to me that my entire effort has gone down the drains as i could not enjoy the comfort which i expected from this laptop from day 1 of its purchase itself.

further i am suffering loss of studies and loss of oppertunities.

and after paying the full amount of the machine, i could not enjoy it for even 1 day and the market rates have declined.

1) i seek a full refund of money i had paid for this machine.

2) i seek compensation for the discomfort i am facing without the machine.

3) i seek compensation for the mentol agany i am undergoing.

4) i seek compensation for the loss of studies i am facing.

5) i seek compensation for the loss of other oppertunities i am facing.

6) I Seek benefit of interest for my money being used by the company to earn profits for themseslves.

further i feel that the company and its dealers/ distributors should be adequately punished for there malpractises and indifferent behaviour towars a costumer who has paid the full amount for a product he has purchased.

they should be made to understand that it is only the consumers who are making contributions towards there salary and they have to respect this fact.
