Respected sir/Madam
I bought my laptop in june from Shakti Infotech Traders, Hazaribagh, after 6 months I started noticining that battery back up is decreased. I went to the person from whom I bought it because only he could sent it to the service centre which is only in Jamshedpur which is quite far.
But that seller just harassed me and didnot sent my complain in service centre. I also contacted customer care but it was also of no use. Now my warranty period has crossed and my battery backup is only 12 an hour. Now that seller is demanding money for battery replacement, why should I pay for replacement when my complaint was not registered.
Please help in replacing my battery free of cost as it is not my fault as there is no service centre in our town. Otherwise it will give me a bad experience and I will not suggest people to buy Lenovo laptop.
