I bought a lenovo laptop on 18th july in the box of which a TV tuner connector was missing. I firstly talked to the dealer (Care office pvt ltd, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad) who always misguided me and told me that he had been talking to lenovo about the absence of connector in the box, and then when nothing happened I directly talked to Lenovo customer care which did nothing for me. Kindly help me in raising my voice against the injustice done to me.
