i purchased a lenovo laptop on op 25 july and within 10 days of purchasing the laptop there was a dispaly problem and on 15 july we complained in the service centre and they told us that there is problem in the lcd cable and that neds to be replcaced and till today it has not been resolved
i want to question the quality standard of lenovo an international statndard comapny that there quqlity test are so efficent that the product faces a problem withn a week.
i warn the lenovo comapny as a awhole if the action is not taken within aweek . we will be bound to take leagal action against the management and company as a whole, and all the charges will be borned by the company
we would only request you to replace our laptop at the earliest
