Non-delivery of new year redemption gift

Dear Sir,

I hereby lodge my complain that my new year gift redemption was TATA SKY SATELLITE was couriered to me o/a dft. no. 0957/607216 dt.12.01.08 by your NOIDA centre.

By telephonic enquiry, I came to know that it was couriered to me as on 01.03.08 but astonishingly still it is undelivered to me and for the last 2 days calls at both telephone nos.4080804/ 4080830 are unattended by M/s CHANNEL TECHNOLOGIES.
