Hinge broken and makes cheeky sounds

I brought lenovo y 510 laptop which is 7 months old one day iwas shocked to see the hinge to be brokrn it was making a cracking sound two days before i saw it to be broken. What should i do now

i ran around those guys to replace it but they dont even care to do it got hecked of these ppl

please help
