The sequence of events of LG customer service Ghaziabad, U.P.10

Dt. 26-5-09 Complaint ID N9c52611904 reg. a.c. stop functioning

on 27-5-09. Service Engineer came change fuse it started functioning for 05 mintues & stop working in

front of him. Then he retreated that ECB not working so he will come tommorrow to change it

as it is not with him. He failed to turned up.

Dt. 28-5-09 complaint ID N9c52813935 : Narrated above story to LG customer care. Next Service Engineer came & says ECB not working & it is not with hime right now so he will come tommorrow.

0n 30-5-09 he turned up and asked for photocopy of bill which was given to him & he promise to come tommorrow to change ECB he too failed to turn up.
