I had purchased 47" lcd Make- Lg (model no. 47LG60fr Scarlett) on the 16th of Feb'09.This TV boasts of
a function where in one can plug in a USB device into the TV and watch Movies or listen to music.
On the 21/02/09 i discovered that there was a fault in the USB function provided, any music/movie from USB would automatically get switched off after about 2-3 mins.
I lodged a complaint with LG on 21/02/09 reference no. W9-C22100789 and a technician visited me on 26th, he agreed that their was a problem with the USB fuction in the TV and agreed to replace the TV in a week's time.
I have heard nothing from LG after that and customer care people of LG refuse to register a complaint stating that replacement does not fall in their domain.
The numbers that they provide (To speak to for replacement) are not answered - 9920516572 / 022 28472406.
LG technician gave number of Mr sawant 9821685826 as person authorised for replacement this no. is impossible to get.
