Replacement of a faulty air condition

I bought an air condition from Sales Corner (Baroda-Gujarat) Its a LG product. I used it for few days and after few days I found oil leakage from the inside unit and gas also leaked from the unit. Unit is also broken from the inside. When technician opened the unit I saw it. I told Mr. Atulbhai (Sales Corner Person) to replace the whole unit with the compressor. He told me that he cant change the outer unit, he is ready to change the inner unit. But technically I dont know what the exact problem is, so I requested them to replace it but they refused to do so. Now what should I do???
