Dear Sir,
I had purchase LG29 Inch Color Television 5 years back. in the month of May Sudden my television had stop working then i had logged a complain regarding this and my complain was logged under service number N9C52711996 with remarks no audio and video is working. After two days when i logged the complain one service engineer from LG came to home and took my TV to his service center. After one week when i did not get any response i approach to Local LG service center and i have been told that some part of my TV for burst and this need to replace but this is not available with us currently. again i had to wait till next two week then i approach again to the service center and still i got the same feedback that the part is still not available to us. then after few week on 17 June I wrote a official mail to LG office in the mail id is [email protected]. and explain the whole thing in to mail. I got a return mail from lgservice that "We have forwarded your product issue to the concerned branch office so that an immediate step can be taken in this regard. " but after waiting a week nothing has moved. Again i forwarded the same mail to lgservice on 25 June to know the status of my complain but till date i am not getting any kind of feedback or response from LG and i do not know what is the status of my Television and till how long it will take time to repair
