Dear Sir,
I am LG double door fridge user for past 9 years & is of 412 ltr. I made a complaint to LG service centre toll free no. & the said complaint was made on 6th Sept. 2008. Their Technician came after 4 days & told that FRIDGER SECTION cooling coil is faulty. I do not understand why it takes almost 20 days to check the said coil is available at central ware housing or not. Due to poor support every day I have to waste food like milk & other periciable products.
I request you to look in this matter personally & do the needful
