Dear Sir,

I had purchased a home theater of LG in the month of oct. It only worked for

one month and after that it has been dead and after that your Company technician had visited and

he to told some parts to be raplace and i told the technician. I dont want to repairs.

I want a replacement and after that i talked to your service center (sky services) incharge mr. Ali

and he told me we will give you replacement and after that i had spoken to mr. pitamber, Mr vinay

about the Replacement but till today no action has been taken so i request you either to give me

replacment or give me refund.
