This is in ref to a DVD player we purchased on 15th March from the CSD store at Colaba, Mumbai. The player has developed major problems ever since. We did lodge a complaint with the LG service center. The customer compalaint cell is the worst we have come across. They neither understand the problem nor do they know how to rectify them. A service engineer came home and replaced certain parts (CDM and MPEG cards) and it was working for a day. The next day the same problem recurred. The engineer visited again and went back saying he would need to come back and change the lens. He never came back.
We have been trying to get in touch with LG ever since but there is absolutely no response. It has been a nightmare delaing with people at LG.
I would like to get the problem replaced. Please do let us know how to go about it. Product details are:
