I had brought u r Product From Hyderabad at 19/05.But my Home state is Kerala. Now I am not going back. I will Come to the point. My DVD writer is not reading the DVD disk Some times When its reads It will take lot of time By that time it will get heat. So many DVD Disk had spoiled due to the problem occured between the writing process. While putting the ordinery CD it taking it does not having any problem. But with the DVD's Plaese send currective action. I don't no about the warrenty period also it not mensioned any where in the bill. If it can currected physically where i want to send the product near my home town (Kannur -Kerala)
