PURCHASING LG SPLIT AC A MENTAL AGONY

I had purchased a split AC 1.5 ton from M/s. Dutta & Co., authorised dealer of LG-India. Kondhwa, Pune, on 16.04. the 3 free mandatory services commenced from 11th. month after purchase, after reminders and complaints on the web, nos. 205200721869/233200721869/2204200721869 complaints dtd. 11/03/08, 22/04/08. 02/05/08, 16/06/08, 25/09/08 and so on, as of date all the service engineers Mr. Haridas and Mr. Umesh, (Service) Mr. Madhukar (Quality), Mr. Sachin (Prod) claim to be qualified, have attended, they have replaced the drip unit too, since there was a disturbing sound from the In Unit there is a start up noise from the Out Unit which they claim to have rectified but is still there, which was bought to the noticeof the techs, has not yet been solved, have acknowledgement, the job work sheets have not been given to me, it has become a harrassment, approaching International Concumer Rights Protection Council. Thane, to get the matter resolved.
