I had puchased one cell phone of LG model KP 110 from Hot Spot Mobicare Subham Plaza NIT Faridabad, HARYANA on 17/08/08 with additional warrenty. On 31.12.08 subjected cell phone suddenly stop working, The cell was examined by the Hot Spot care person and taken back for repairing vide job sheet no. 00023 & IMEI no. 352008022581042 . That time i was informed that cell will be repaired within week, but it is regret to inform you that inspite closely followup every time a new person giving new date. Even if now either they are not picking up my phone or disconnect after hearing my voice. I had purchased a product of the branded company having confidence in the company but it has become the cause of my mental agony. I never expect that such type of behaviours will be shown by the customer care of a reputed company.
Pl. look in to it on priority basis & solve my problem.
