My LG Microwave oven whad stopped heating on 17/8/09 and I duly registered a complaint (No: W9C 81709865). On 19/8/09 the magnetron was replaced. After 10 days the front panel switched off with a loud bang from behind the equipment. I presume the new magnetron could be cause of this fault. Complaint No: W9C 90205472 on 2/9/09 was registered. Till date the system has not been rectified. Phone calls to service managers are not been answered.

Ealrier in March similar treatment was meted out to me when I had a problem with my LG double door refrigerator. That time 3 complaints within a span of 1 month was made by me because the fridge used to fail next day after it was attended.

This pathetic service from LG (India) is a cause for concern and needs to be highlighted.
