Dear Sir
I have purchased one LG Microwave since more than one month. In the mean time have contacted many times to your agent who is looking after the demonstration of the mechine but neither he is responding to my grievance nor he is solving the problem. The very objective of puchasing the product is not solved for simple reason (negligence of Agent)
I have great hope on the LG product and I don't have any complaint till but I think your service delivery is very poor.
Can you help me in this matter to send the man for demo. pl.
