The Compaq Presario V3155AU Notebook PC was purchased from Kochi on 13 Mar 07. this notebook has been giving frequent problems of 'NO DISPLAY' diagnosed as motherboard faulty.(refer to complaint identification number CCHSAP137250, dt 09Apr08). As a result FOUR times motherboard has been replaced between 24 Jan08 to 08 Jan 09.
after repplacement of motherboard for the forth time on 08 Jan 09, i got it back from SIMTECH HP service centre Andheri, but the very next day same problem ocurred (no display) and laptop has been given to the same service centre again, today (12 Jan 09).
many of the local service centers have accepted the fact that this particular model series has been having recurring problems, (my own laptop being the best example).
Please suggest me what to do with it as i am fed up of the running around for it's servicing, not to say of the tiime wasted and lost in this unending process. It's serviceability rate has also been less than 50%.
