I had bought a tv last year and it has a manufacturing falt since i purchased it. I had been giving regular complaints against it. I had sued a mail against this issue to LG electronics three monthsago but i didnt get any responce from the company. The area manager alwasy tells me the problem will be sotted out soon. Previously i was told that the product has not been replaced due to diwali rush, Then there was another excuse other month now last week he told me my tv would be replaced by 15-12 but there is no solution yet. For a refrence my recent request id was N8CA3004046 and I ensure if my complaint is not handeled urgently soon this request id will become a complaint id.
So, I hope you will not compell me to knock consumer courts door.
