To complete a washing cycle, if timer of washing machine shows 50 minutes after selection.cycle should be completed in given time. It doesnot happen. Time taken is more than the given/shown time. Inspite of complaint, no concrete solution has been given. Service people says that this is the way washing machine works. I am not convinced. Pse ensure that my problem is addressed by top management of LG.
