I have bought a pair of sandle in December. It was brown in colour.

The sandle sole got damaged badly almost broken into 2 pieces. As per the rules I applied to the concerned shop for repair on 22 Feb.
The details of the repair-memo are: FCL5294 which had scheduled delivery on 22 Mar
I got a response from the concerned shop that the sandle cannot be mended. I approached them for a refund which they did not entertained inspite I had to face a big loss.
Metro being a well known brand in the market has a good reputation within its buyer but the repair/damage related issues are not catered up to the mark.
And also the owner of the concerned shop behaved very badly with us.
I frequently visit Metro shoes considering it a good brand but getting such a response is not at all ACCEPTABLE.
Kindly take care of this matter in high priority.
