There was a low cooling problem in my AC in April. I called on customer care on 24th April for the service. Request ID for my call is N8C42409351. Problem attended by Greater Noida service centre. Taken to service centre for gas filling. After 2 or 3days, cooling & noise problem occured again. I called on 5th May and got request ID N8C50500863. Problem not attended. After that when AC stopped cooling I again called on 13th Aug and got request ID N8C81300131. Now engineer told me that gas leaked and you have to pay again as warranty of 3 month passed.
If problem was not attended by the company engineer, is it customer's duty to recall the engioneer again and again. I don't want to pay a single penny and want my AC repair free of charge. Pls suggest...
