Enrollment of the LIC policy and change of branch from BO-683 to BO-11G

Hi,

Last Month, I sent request through courier to BO-683 branch address to enroll my policy for online usage and to change the branch address from BO-683 to BO-11G branch for my policy, but so far nothing has happened.

Could you please let me know the status of my request?
