Is this the way of handling a customer?

Contacted persons (Not ready to answer and giving me another number)

DM - Anna nagar - 044-23451536, he is giving - 04423451514, from there I have received 04423451517.

What is this? I need a solution for this, where I need to go to get prompt answer?

Earlier, I have received the post dated cheque for my policy (716069648) one month before, now even after the due date (28-1) still I have not received any information from LIC, Why?

Where I have to approach to solve my grievance?

Please find a solution for my report.

(Very bad on LIC people, nowadays? including LIC agent)
