PAYMENT OF SURVIVAL BENEFIT

Hello sir,

I Satyanarayana rao holder of policy no:671251411.i am suppose to get my survivel benefit of Rs 10, 000 due on 2nd month of 2009. I have handedover the policy docement in original to LIC branch at vijayawada on 7-4-09, but there is no proper response from them sofar .i stay in hyd i have to go evry now and then to vijayawada to find out the status as i could not get them on phone
