LIC Jeevan Suraksha Endowment Funding Policy
Non reciept of commutation benefits and pension

My Jeevan Suraksha policy details arer as follows:

Policy No-691180173. Date of Commencement:20 Feb 1999. Plan/Term: 122/10.. Sum, Assured: Rs 90, 000/=Agency Cd: 00170698. LIC Branch address: LIC of India, Mangalagiri Complex, Gajuwaka. Vizag 530026. Date of last premium 20 Feb and Vesting date: 20 feb. Min annuity payable as on vesting date is Rs1351/=.

I still have not got any intimation from LIC Jeevan Suraksha Office regarding excercising option to commute 25%of basic sum assurred alongwith accrued Guarantee additions and Loyalty additions. date of commencement of pension payment is 01 Mar. Would appreciate if LIC can communicate option letter for commutation and mode of payment of pension (bank account etc) and payment of pension for how many years?
