LIC - master policy (Group Pension)
Non receipt of annual pension

Sir,

I Deepa S, hold a master policy (Group Pension) with the

below details:

Policy No: 304801

Annuity No : 011Y0930057462

I had to receive my pension cheque by Sept 3, but I

have not received the same for this year. When I contacted LIC people, I was told that I would receive the same by Sept 15. But till now, I have not received the same.

I have sent repeated reminder mails to [email protected], but of no use.

Also their number remais either busy or no one lifts the phone, inspite of repeated calls.

Could my pension cheque be dispatched as soon as possible.
