Dear Sir,

With reference to above, kindly note that you have sanctioned a loan in the month of Aug’2006 over phone without any documentation to me and on the basis of the same I, was regularly paying the EMI till May’07 and at that time I request your Bank to preclose my account and I was ready to pay all my outstanding at one time and also was ready to pay necessary preclosure charges.

Your senior officer asking me for a written request for the same, I request them that when you have sanctioned loan on telephonic confirmation then why you are not closing account in telephonic confirmation. During this period I have written so many emails to them requesting them to close the loan account immediately and also informed that if they will not do the same I will not pay any fictitious amount levied by you. (Copy of my emails attached)

Your Bank has appointed some agency to recover the amount and they have threatened me that if the amount will be not paid it will be not good for my health and any thing will be happened with me.

On a discussions it was agreed that I have to pay only the principal outstanding amount and all fictitious charges levied by your bank will be reversed. I, on the basis of the same has started paying the principal amount but surprisingly that your Bank has not stopped charging the levy of fictitious amount and has not reversed the charges..

I, therefore request you once again that if you want principal amount which is actually due I, am ready to pay the same and any fictitious or interest charged by you will have to be reversed. Otherwise I have to take this matter with higher authority that reputed Bank likes you are not helping people/ customer in providing Loan but your bank’s main business is to collect fictitious / Extortion amount from the customer by sending false bills or threaten them.

I, hope you will take my matter on top priority and resolve the issue.
