This is with reference to my Booking for the Holiday Package Scheme (7 Night Stays in 5 star hotel in just Rs. 5943/=00) offered by you on me by several tedious telephonic conversation.
After your teleservices several call on my mobile no. 09998855557 between dated 15/06/08 to 03/07/09 regarding your Holiday Package Scheme. I regret your call several times. Till was I am not interested.
But to avoid your telephone call on my mobile no. 09998855557 I had done online payment of
Rs. 5943/=00 dated on 04/07/09 trough my Credit Card No. 4346 7810 0464 0520 by online telephonic conversation with Mr. Vimal (Your sales executive). His mobile no. is : 09015360735.
Mr. Vimal was committed me to send me voucher code on my residence address within 15 days i.e. on or before 20/07/09. but till 20/07/09 I was not received any voucher code. & by Mr. Dinesh Shani told that your booking was done on another name Mrs. Megna Choudhary & I was proceed for the new booking ID immediately. At that time I was also want my Rs.5943/=00 Refund.
But it was to late for me. I was plan my holiday for the 14/08/09 to 20/08/09 (because of Janmashtami, Independence day holiday week). I was receive your courier @ dated 01/08/09.
Till I had to fill up the form & send it back to Bangalore, Now how can I was trust you that you will be give me Promotional code within 10 days??? if voucher code was received by after one month.
Now How can I plan my 14 /08 /09 holiday without any information??? Train booking was also not available???
So I am return your Original booklet (without filling anything) & Invoices ORIGINAL copy to your above New Delhi office address, kindly refund my amount RS. 5943/=00 in my credit card no. 4346 7810 0464 0520.
This is going to be me lots of Mental Harassment & wasting of my valuable time & STD Call money.
THIS IS MY LAST & FINAL WARNING TO INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB &
