Dear Sir/ Madam

This has reference to the above mentioned Card No. which am using last 2 years. I think I am very much particular about my payment. One Lady Called up from the callcentre. Her Name Soma from 400 50572. One of My cousin he was staying with us he gave address to our residential address. Now He is not staying with us. Regarding payment She Started Callling from 8th January. From my resident my mom said he is not staying here. we donot have contact no. She started abusing. " APNARA BASTI BARITE THAKEN, STATUS NEI CHOTOLOK ETC. ETC. She keeps calling every day. We said We will inform him. But She donot stop. She calls every day. Yesterday she calls to my resident and said to my mom " AI BURI NO TA DE" my mom just hang off the phone. Again she call up and said " Maidservent bolchen". So today i callup callcentre and inform to call back to my mobile. She called up she dont want to hear anything she told me " RASTAI BHIKTA KATUN BATI NIYE, BASTIBARIR MEYE" and so many thing.

Now I want to give you my profile " My self Moushumi Ray Working in a reputed company, I Don't want to hear all things. Wen I asked her please check my card after that you speak to my and my status. She donot want to hear anything. See you hire ppl for collection Departmentto collet the money. I donot understand why she is taking so personal? I think she mixed up professional and personal level. She donot have any right to give gali to people. She also told me " KOMORE DARI BHEDHE POLICE NIYE JABE". She always record our voice not her voice Today I was in a meeting She called up 4 times and abuse me. See She asked for payment of my cousin we told her rapitately. My question is this the procedure to talking to people. Am also working in a Service Industry, So I thing being a Service Industry we should talk to client very politely. secondly me and my family member is not that person.

I spoke to HDFC people from 8th January. This is the second time this situation happened to me. It will be very grateful if you take some serious action against that lady, coz i had one load account i forclosed within 6 months (as per soma's version am not basti barir thats prove) and i have my card with good records so i donot want to closed the relationship with HDFC Bank for that lady. But now i changed my mind.

Being my 12 years of Service first time without any reason someone abuse me. Being a Qualified and Educated person i can't take this. Hope you will try to solve this. Being a regular payee if someone abuse me i already decided i will not pay any payment. This is a mental harassment. You are requested to send me my total dues and close my card.

This has reference to my earlier letter dated 17th January. Almost 2 months over till now i have not received any rep0lay from your side. I lost my card on 11th February, I send letter and form to your bank. I haven't received new card. My Payment date 30th every month. I ws out of station i called up and ask for the statement. They said they will send. I have not received the statement. On 6/07/09 morning md Amin called up i said you send me the statement i will pay. Then He said " I will send the statement wen u will pay tell me. I said you send me i will pay. Ii havenot recd the statement that day he called up 20 times that day upto 8.15 in the nite. without sendiung me the statement he irritated me. Then I callup Mr Pallav Dy manager, Mr Rajiv and Mr Theo also. Everybody said I have a good track record. Wen i told Md amin (phone no 40050574) I already spoken to Credit department they said they will look after the matter ten he said " Mr pallav, Mr Rajiv will make your payment". See am not a defaulter if the Call centre ppl behave like that. They called up my residence No and abusing my family member. See this is the 3rd time am facing this problem. I have other bank cards also but i must say ppl of HDFC bank call centre they does not how to talk. They can tell me wen they we send the person, but they just abuse. Today since morning Md amin call up 10 times. Am not going to entertaining anybody call centre. They said i donot have any class to I want Md amin come to me and take my payment. This is a mental harassment. I already reqyuested to everybody they are not bother. Being a Regular payee is someone abuse me so it better i will not make any payment. I want the justice of this
