I, Balbir Singh, holder of Policy No.330903006, have surrendered the same in your office

11-A Janak Puri, Delhi on 01/09 for the refund of the amount paid for the said Policy.

I and my wife, both retired teachers, do not have enough means to carry out extensive repairs of

the damaged roofs and walls of our Residetial House that constructed in the year, 1980. It is like

reconstructing the entire structure that requires a lot of money.

I, therefore, very earnestly request your honour to allow me to get mymoney back, unconditionally,

at the earliest.
