Non payment of adv cheque

Myshelf Kirti Narain Mishra, Ex employee of IOCL (Emp No 60426), have not recieved advance cheque (amount Rs 3571 each) for the period of July to June.

Details are -

Benifit under Master Policy no. - GA - 47418

Assee No.- 5566

Annuity No. - 13123

The cheque are normally valid for 3 months and it has to be revalidated, which is problematic for retired person. I have registered 2 letters dated 1.08.2009 & 25.08.09 with cc to Dy finance manager IOCL, (employee super annuation benifit fund, scope complex, insititutional area, new delhi-03). But till date there is no response.
