Excess payment of Policy No .415867230 not reversed

Due to site problum I subhkaran sipani paid thrice on 26/01 and twice on 27/01 against above pocicy through LIC online payment and my bank also debited five times my account. hence you please refund the excess amount to my account at the earliest. Yours kind cooperation would be highly appreciated. Thanks
