Not receiving Pension amount monthly against my matured Policy No- 340437156

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to write to you that I am not receiving my amount due since March. I have submitted a complain on 8/8 in this regard in this complain registration Email. But unable to get any response. I am again submitting detail of my policy as below

Type of Policy - Pesionable

Premium amount - Rs.10000/-

Premium Paid - Yearly

First Premium Paid - 27/2/1998.

Last Premium Paid - 27/2.

Maturity From - 27/2. onward

Pension amount - Rs.2251/- per month

Complain also given on telephone no- 1251 twice, assurance was given for reply but not received.
