Not correction of Club data Mr. S. Dey (sales) TAMLUK BR (469)

Respected Sir,

I have not promotion the DM`s Club Membership Agent & contunation as Club Membership roaster 2er003. He are n`t credit of unknown, missing & transfer policy. I have already requested several times for all

the concerned officers of the LICI i.e. BM, BM (sales), SDM, ZM etc regarding this, but nobody has arranged

the same so far. As a results, I deprived other higher Club Membership & n`t called BM`s Club Member

Agent convention 2011. This is also a serius matter as all the agents should be given th the facilities/

stationery as specified by the norms of LICI.
