Multiple debits instead of single

Hi,

I purchased a Kurta from lifestyle oberoi mall mumbai. Instead of one debit, 3 debits were done from my account. I have been following them since 23 days but they have not yet reverted with the money despite promising that it will be done in 3-4 days.

Calling them again and again to keep track has frustated me to the core. If they have a problem at their server or anywhere, the customer should not have to wait for her money!
