I bought Nokia 5220 express musin phone and from that very moment the trouble started as the memory card was not getting detected. I got the memory cared replaced thru the authorised outlet but the phone started restarting (blackouts) after that.
I made 2 trips to Nokia care cebtre in RT ngr and this is what they did:
1st Trip: Reinstalled the Software
2nd trip: Formatted the memory card and asked to observe and also suspected virus as the cause of the issue.
What I dont understand that when the phone memory card is formatted how can we suspect virus in there. Anyways, i did what the technician said and still have no releif from the issue am facing.
Weird logic, I am making a 3rd trip to the Nokia Care Centre tomorrow to see what he says this time.
