Books delivered not the same as ordered

I have a similar experience with this group. I have paid subscription for 5 Years (Rs 1900) through my credit card in the month of January and yet to receive the magazine as well as the free gift. My account has been debited with Rs 1900 already on 15.1.2008. The subscription has been in the name of S K Venkataraman, 7A, Second Crescent Park Rd Gandhinagar Chennai 600020.
