Not getting my monthly subscriptions of Reader's digest Book

Sir,

This is to bring into you kind notice that, I had applied for monthly subscription of Readre's Digest Book through LIVING MEDIA INDIA LIMITED in the month of February for which Pre- payment of Amt. Rs.379 has also made from my CITI BANK credit card and on 24.02.09 the money had been debited. But till date i had not received any copy of that mag.

So, kindly arrange refund of my money or get start my monthly issues on time. I am providing the details below:
