I am one of the oldest customer to Nokia. I had purchased this handset in the month of sep 08 in pune. I had submitted my nokia 5610 on thrice to in Nokia Care pune (pune satara road center). Everytime i give it in Nokia Care there's some or the other problem which i face with the handset. Same answer is given when asked for replacement. That its not under company's policy. Also when asked for the supevisor, they make some sit who even is not wellversed with the hardware knowledge nor the handset. Request to look into priority.
