On 27/11/08 i done a easy recharge of 562 ISD card for 9007731101 from Abhinandan enterprise, Parkcircus, kokata but i have not received any confirmation sms, i have not received the pin number, the pack has not activated till 01/12/08, then i called customer care kolkata for 4-5 times, they heared everything than took a complaint, he did not given me complaint number but he told me my problem will be solved with in 3/12/08 1.52pm, but it did not solved then i visited airtel relition ship center park street, the manager ms. N.sha assured me to solve it by next day but it did not solved then i called customer care again 4-5 times again once mr.partha took the phone then he given me the complain number 120125346000 and he told me that i will get the pin by 4/12/08 at 2.50pm but i did not received the pin today i had talk to ms moumita and mr Arindam they assured me that they will send the pin again by today but till now i have not received the pin. As a result my company bared a loss of huge business & i am about to be sacked by company. in between Mr. sankar das (dealer) called me & told me he will send me the recharge id, but within this days i received the same. please tell me who will take the responsibility of company's loss & my job loss issue... customer care also transfered the call to their supervisor also but nobody bothered to talk to me & to solve my problem... my alternet number is-9830741463, imform me your action by today
