Dear Ms. Jayalakshmi. R

Thanks for your reply. I think you have not done proper investigation, as I am very much sure that calls are not made from my mobile, As I donot have any relation in foreign. In the bill dated 07/12/08. An amoout of Rs. 101 was charged towards ISD Calls. I complained to your customer care. It was told at that time it could be system mistake and promised by your executive to reverse the same in our next bill. But nothing happened. More our my credit limit set by you is INR 3200.00. Then how my bill amt can go beyond that as i was billed more than INR 10000. I am finally requesting you to reverse all the amount of ISD Calls to enable me to pay your bill & use your services. As I am a regular customer of Airtel.
