Logitech s-200 speakers/Softech
Poor Customer Service an misbehaviou

I bought a LOGITECH-S200 speakers from Softech (COLLEGE PARA, SILIGIRI, WB) dated 6th july. Within a month the speakers stopped functioning and after few days I reported to the shop (Softech) about the trouble. They asked me to submit the speakers back without paying me any JOB CARD since they argued that they were still within warranty. Since that time, it has been more than 16-17 days, SOFTECH neither replaced nor repaired those speakers. Moreover whenever i call them over phone they treat me with haughty custom and tremendous misbehaviour. I still cant understand what to do now with these fraud kind of people.
