This is to bring to your notice the irresponsible behavior & negligent attitude of your staff. Pl find the details mentioned as under:
I have savings & salary account with ICICI bank & I had applied for ICICI credit card no. 44774745 86970009 which I got on around 15/11. I had requested for the PIN for the same card. I received a call from your office & the lady who identified herself as Ms. Vibha Desai informed me about the procedure I have to follow to generate the PIN. She also told to give the confirmation in affirmative language, which I did so. She also told to say no in the second call, which I again did. As I was n't interested in the policy which they were explaining to me, but I followed the instructions as I was told that this is the procedure which I need to follow to get the PIN.
Later on I got one SMS from ICICI Lombard in which details were mentioned of the policy which I never applied for. I was shocked to see that sms, then I enquired further, the lady (Mrs. Vibha Desai) at the other end told me that "Please ignore the message".
Again, on 10 of this month I got the policy in my hand. I was really surprised as I was convinced by Ms. Vibha that I will not get the policy. I also wish to place on record & draw your attention towards the attitude while handling the customer. Daily I am wasting 20-30 mins on phone to speak to the person concerned but I am not being attended properly.
You are kindly requested to withdraw the policy & want an apology for generating the same as I have wasted lot of my precious time in calling Customer care & the lady executive. It is very unfortunate the way you deal with your customers. If my request is not considered & appropriate action is not initiated at your end, I am left with no option but to approach "Consumer court".
Kindly confirm telephonically after crediting the money back to my credit card account.
