I have been a BPL subscriber for over 6 years having my mobile number 9870033322. I was very happy with the services until March this year. I have registered a number of complaints because of call dropping. I wrote to Mr Sumeet Badlaney the head of the contact centre also. The technical team visited my residence & said that someone in the area had installed a booster because of which I was facing the said problem. We have 4 LOOP Mobile connections & all of us having the same problem. We have an Airtel & 3 Reliance connections but theres no problem with them. I would have loved to surrender all connections but its going to be difficult intimating our relatives/clients/friends etc hence we sticking on with LOOP. Would want you to look into the matter & help me out at your earliest.
