Inability to log on the directed web-site to redeem the gift

I have been provided a sodexo gift-pass book by m/s Macleods Pharma. I have been awarded a Louis Quartz watch by means of a scratch card in this pass-book. Even after following the instructions given on the back-side of the scratch-card, I am unable to lodge my claim for redeeming the gift.
