I got Louis watch through my citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on April. I am also having international guarantee card of 1 year for this wrist watch. That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. I suspect this product is not a genuine.
It will be useful if you kindly take necessary action to stop promoting dupilcate product and make the customer fool.
